OUR STORY

House Church

Carlton Landing Community Church started in Grant and Jen Humphrey's living room in 2015. As the town started to grow, people longed for spiritual community.

As the town grew, our community began to grow and soon we'd outgrown the living room and we were looking for space to meet.

The TENT

After meeting in the school and the pavilion, in 2016 we moved into the tent. For five years we worshipped each week under a canvas canopy. Volunteers faithfully set up, tore down, water proofed, and wind proofed the tent.

Even in the summer heat, the winter snow, and everything in between, God continued to grow the church. Soon we were filling the tent and looking for a full-time pastor.

The Church Building

In September, 2021 we moved into our new church building at 58 Water Street. Strategically placed on what will be one of the central road in Carlton Landing, the new church is a centerpiece for our town. We've prayed that God's love and grace would overflow in our lives to fill Carlton Landing.

On the first weekend, we celebrated God's faithfulness, dedicated the building to Him, and prayed for what God might do in the future. When you visit our church, you'll realize that the church is not a building, it is a family of families, an imperfect and redeemed group of people who live for the glory of God.

Visit us or make our Carlton Landing Community Church your church home. We meet every Sunday in the church building at 10am.
