WHY WE GIVE
Tithing and General Funds
We give because God gave first. We believe that God can do more through our offerings than we could ever do on our own. Jesus said it is more blessed to give than receive and we believe that when we give we offer our hearts and our resources to the Lord.
It has long been the tradition in the church to give 10% of our income back to the church. This is not a hard and fast rule, but a principle that can serve as a starting point. Most often, the New Testament speaks of giving joyfully and generously. These principles guide our generosity in every area of life, including our finances.

For the Whole Family Campaign
Carlton Landing Community Church is a church for families. Each week families gather to worship and serve together, to spend time making memories, and building a legacy of faithfulness. Our commitment as a church is to make space for the whole family on Sunday morning and through the week.
In July 2024 we are moving forward with a building campaign to expand our campus and make room for the future. One of our major barriers to growth is space for children's ministry, nursery, and office space. To ensure we have space to grow in the future, we will be building a nursery building to accommodate children from ages 0-4 and an office building with conference and meeting space along with offices for our current and future staff. We believe this space will add 40-50 spaces in our sanctuary and preserve a path to grow with our town into the future.
