For the Whole Family

Building Campaign 2024

Building for the Whole Family

Carlton Landing Community Church is a church for families. Each week families gather to worship and serve together, to spend time making memories, and building a legacy of faithfulness. Our commitment as a church is to make space for the whole family on Sunday morning and through the week.

In July 2024 we are moving forward with a building campaign to expand our campus and make room for the future. One of our major barriers to growth is space for children's ministry, nursery, and office space. To ensure we have space to grow in the future, we will be building a nursery building to accommodate children from ages 0-4 and an office building with conference and meeting space along with offices for our current and future staff. We believe this space will add 40-50 spaces in our sanctuary and preserve a path to grow with our town into the future.

Kids Building

Our new kids building will expand our capacity to impact the youngest in our church with the truth of the Gospel! This space will include a large classroom space for 3s and 4s along with groups throughout the week, a small classroom for 1s and 2s, and a crib room for infants. With this new building we will free up space for almost 50 more kids and allow our other classroom buildings to be more age specific. Additionaly, nursing mothers and parents will have a place to watch the service when they need to step out of the sanctuary.

Office Building

With all the activities going on at the church each week, our need for offices, group space, conference rooms, and places to meet is growing. Our building will have the capacity for our current and future staff, a large meeting space for church groups, and conference rooms available for meetings.

Both buildings have been designed by Studio Architecture with mechanical systems by McIntosh Corporation. The designs are currently out for bid among the Carlton Landing builder's guild and we expect to break ground in early Fall 2024.

For the whole project, we are raising $1,750,000.
